Had a slow start getting to Death Valley....there was a screw in one of my tires and had to get it fixed before the almost 400 mile trip. 7 hours later and I was exhausted, but it was worth it. I arrived just before midnight and the party was alive with music and dancing. Everyone was dressed up and I found my sister in an orange flapper dress and matching life-vest. Another gal had on a red dress with black polka-dots, ladybug lady. Doug started off with an orange suit, then later traded it for a Jesus robe as he commanded the masses.

Yea!!!! I'm so glad you joined us bloggers Miss Brooke! I love to see what my friends and family are doing. Wow, Death Valley eh....in mid May, you're brave, but still I am jealous. Have always wanted to go there.
